On this page you will find all information on our shipping costs, delivery times and the accepted payment methods.
All amounts in euros (€). Unless otherwise stated, prices include statutory VAT.
Delivery Area & Collection
We currently deliver to Germany, to all EU member states and to Switzerland. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to other countries at the moment.
Collection free of charge – Orders for Germany and the EU can also be collected from us by appointment, entirely without shipping costs.
Shipping Costs within Germany
Shipping costs depend on the format and the chosen shipping method. Examples for the pre-selected standard shipping:

Depending on the format, further shipping methods are available at checkout – some cheaper (e.g. Hermes ParcelShop), some at an extra charge (e.g. DHL or delivery to a Packstation). Collection can always be selected free of charge.

Delivery to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we show you all prices in Swiss francs. Shipping is included in the price – no shipping costs are added at checkout, regardless of how many records you order.

Customs duties, import taxes or charges of the local authorities are not included and are levied by the Swiss authorities.
Regarding payment: with PayPal, the amount is charged in euros; the conversion is carried out by PayPal. With payment in advance, you transfer the amount to our euro account; conversion and transfer fees charged by your bank are borne by you.

Any fees charged by your bank (e.g. for international transfers) are borne by you. We ourselves do not charge any additional surcharges for the payment methods listed.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the following estimated delivery times apply from receipt of payment:

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the place of dispatch or receipt. For international shipments, customs clearance and local circumstances may extend the delivery time.

- The amounts stated are examples per format group. The actual shipping costs of your order are calculated automatically by the shopping basket and displayed before the order is completed.
- If you order items from different format groups, we may be able to make you a cheaper shipping offer on request – please feel free to contact us about this before ordering.
- Some special items are offered for collection only.

Liefergebiet & Abholung
Wir liefern derzeit nach Deutschland, in alle EU-Mitgliedstaaten und in die Schweiz. Andere Länder können wir im Moment leider nicht beliefern.
Abholung kostenlos – Bestellungen nach Deutschland und in die EU kannst du nach Terminvereinbarung auch bei uns abholen, ganz ohne Versandkosten.
Versandkosten innerhalb Deutschlands
Die Versandkosten richten sich nach dem Format und der gewählten Versandart. Beispiele für den voreingestellten Standardversand:

Lieferung in die Schweiz
Für Lieferungen in die Schweiz zeigen wir dir alle Preise in Schweizer Franken. Der Versand ist im Preis enthalten – an der Kasse kommen keine Versandkosten dazu, unabhängig davon, wie viele Platten du bestellst.

Zoll, Einfuhrsteuern oder Gebühren der lokalen Behörden sind nicht enthalten und werden von den Schweizer Behörden erhoben.
Zur Zahlung: Bei PayPal wird der Betrag in Euro abgerechnet, die Umrechnung nimmt PayPal vor. Bei Vorkasse überweist du auf unser Euro-Konto; Umrechnungs- und Überweisungsgebühren deiner Bank gehen zu deinen Lasten.
Zahlungsarten
Folgende Zahlungsarten werden derzeit akzeptiert:

- Vorausüberweisung (Banküberweisung)
Eventuelle Gebühren deiner Bank (z. B. für internationale Überweisungen) gehen zu deinen Lasten. Für die genannten Zahlungsarten erheben wir selbst keine zusätzlichen Aufschläge.
Lieferzeiten
Sofern in der Artikelbeschreibung nicht abweichend angegeben, gelten folgende voraussichtliche Lieferzeiten ab Zahlungseingang:

Werktage sind Montag bis Freitag, gesetzliche Feiertage am Versand- oder Empfangsort sind ausgenommen. Bei internationalen Sendungen können Zollabfertigung und lokale Besonderheiten die Lieferzeit verlängern.

- Bestellst du Artikel aus unterschiedlichen Formatgruppen, können wir dir auf Anfrage möglicherweise ein günstigeres Versandangebot machen – kontaktiere uns dazu gerne vor der Bestellung.
- Einige besondere Artikel bieten wir ausschließlich zur Abholung an.
