Pur – Success & musical relevance

The music of Pur moves between pop, rock and elements of Schlager, and is characterised by catchy melodies and German-language lyrics. With songs such as “Abenteuerland”, “Lena” and “Funkelperlenaugen”, the group reached a broad audience far beyond the classic pop scene. To this day, both older and newer releases remain in demand, as Pur’s blend of mainstream pop and personal lyrics continues to appeal to a loyal fanbase.
