With rare English-language recordings on Australian 7-inch singles, Françoise Hardy’s repertoire offers collectors a special selection of international editions. Beyond the well-known French chansons, these variants are particularly interesting for pressing collectors. Language versions and country pressings play a central role in her discography.
Francoise Hardy collector’s items & pressings
For collectors, Françoise Hardy is not only about the original French recordings, but also alternative language versions and rare export pressings. The 7-inch singles from Australia, such as "I will change my life 7" Single Australia SUNG IN ENGLISH (7'' Vinyl)" or "Only you can do it 7" Single AUSTRALIA SUNG IN ENGLISH (7'' Vinyl)", are examples of editions released outside the French market. Such variants reflect the international marketing of the artist and are accordingly sought after in the collectors’ market.

The I will change my life 7" Single Australia SUNG IN ENGLISH (7'' Vinyl) and Only you can do it 7" Single AUSTRALIA SUNG IN ENGLISH (7'' Vinyl) are among the less common English-language releases, produced specifically for the Australian market.
